How do I pay?
Cash to the courier, on delivery. We call you to confirm, you pay when Nova is in your hands. No card, no transfer, nothing up front.
Do you deliver outside Beirut?
Everywhere in Lebanon: Mount Lebanon, the North, the South, the Bekaa. 24–48 hours from the confirmation call.
Does it really speak Arabic?
Yes, and it holds a conversation in it. 37 languages in total, Arabic and English among them, and you pick the language and the voice at davinciai.me.
Does it work during a power cut?
It has its own battery, so a cut doesn't switch it off. It does need internet to think, so put it on your phone's hotspot and it carries on.
Can I use my phone's hotspot?
Yes, with one setting. Nova is 2.4GHz only. Android: set the hotspot band to 2.4GHz (“Rotate AP frequency band”). iPhone: Settings → Personal Hotspot → Maximize Compatibility.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. $79 buys the robot. The account is free, all four AI models are included, and switching between them costs nothing.
How do I change its personality?
In the control panel at davinciai.me: its voice, its language, which AI model it thinks with, and a custom identity up to 2,000 words.
Is it suitable for children?
It's one of the main reasons people buy it. You write the personality, so you decide exactly how it speaks to your child.
How do I unpair it?
Say “unbind”. Nova reads out a code, you repeat it back, and it unbinds itself, ready to set up from scratch.
How many are available?
This is the first batch in Lebanon. When it's gone, the next shipment is a wait.
